Default Knock sensor issue

My 2006 silverado classic has 194k miles and I have started getting a knock sensor code after reaching 70mph then slowing down to exit the interstate. I have ran a test and drove 60mph for 5 days and no code. the next week I ran 60 one day and 70 the next and at 70 slowing down it pops the code. I get fuel at the same station all the time and have had no issues. I wonder if it is something else. I had a cold air system on it and took that off to see if it was the problem but it wasn't. Any advice will help. I only have weekends to do any checking. I have no performance issues at all
Thanks in advance

I would check the EGR valve and tubing between the EGR valve and the engine to make sure they are not filled with carbon deposits. While the EGR valve might be opening and closing, it might not be passing exhaust gasses as readily as it should.

Good Luck!

I didn't think of that. Thanks for the help, I'll check that out this weekend.
