Default New fuel pump=check engine flash

Hey everyone. I just had my fuel pump replaced on my 2004 1500 5.3. On way home from mechanic check engine starts flashing and you can feel its misfiring. Guy had it for a week and I cant afford to give it up again. If anyone has any ideas appreciated would be understatement.

Welcome from Florida? Have the codes read and that should lead you in the right direction.

Did he do the filter as well? It could be plugged, especially since the pump change can kick things up in the tank and plug stuff up.

Toss an injector cleaner in the gas tank as well like seafoam so the junk can get cleaned out and burnt off

its a returnless on demand fuel supply system...the only fuel filter is part of the new fuel pump. Was it misfiring before the pump replacement?
