Chrased front into a deer 2000 model Chevy 1500 fixed everything replaced everything went to go start noticed lights inside cab lights half dim turning on and off hook up diagnostic tool to the OBD2 and truck starts and runs fine disconnect the diagnostic from the OBD2 and the truck will not run cannot figure out the problem need help

 

Dim lights suggest time to recheck all your grounds
