Oil on the spark plugs
Hello there, my truck has been running difficult for a few days and shes my daily driver, it threw engine misfire codes and fuel trim lean bank 1, I work on vehicles as a hobby and a passion but I cant figure out what really is wrong with it, the oil is on the threads and inside the engine, it blows out white smoke.....kinda know theres an oil leak somewhere but I dont know what it could be from, need a little help, thanks
also, could I keep driving my truck, or will I cause irreversible damage

possibly head gasket blew right out and pistons hydro-locked. White smoke was probably coolant (steam). Oil smoke tends to be more blue.
You might be able to save the engine with a top end rebuild. $200 for gasket kit. $200+ for surface machining.

True but he has got to make sure the engine oil has no coolant in it else his bearings are toast.
