Default Rear end clunking

I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado extended cab 4WD. There was a loud grinding noise from under the truck a few days ago that went away pretty quickly but was extremely loud. Now I have a clunking noise from the rear every time I go over a bump. I went under and checked for any looseness or hanging exhaust and nothing. When I went to shake the truck side to the side there is a clunking noise that sounds like it's coming from the hubs or differential. There is some slight movement to the driveshaft when I try to rotate it by hand. Any ideas?
