Hi All,

Well, I will start from the beginning of my problem. I was preparing my 2001 Silverado for winter plowing I had the plow and chains on and ready to go. I went to bring it down to the barn area and the plow dropped in the middle of a muddy area. Yup, I'm "that guy" and tried to make to the barn to figure out what happened to it. In an instant the truck "Buster" was buried in the mud, close to being on the frame. I asked a neighbor to come over and pull it out, which he did. I didn't notice that the 4WD switch was not lit as normal until the next day.

I pulled the switch to replace it via Rock Auto but got to thinking I don't believe it is the switch. the only reason I was let to it being the switch was that I had tested all fuses and the large relays and all are OK. I couldn't see anything mentioning 4WD in the in cab so didn't spend anytime messing with them.

Any help would be such a blessing.
