Default Service 4wd Lights / No lights on selector switch

2001 GMC sierra 1500 4x4.. 99,000 miles

I parked the truck for 4 day when I went to start it, it was about -2 Deg out with snow on the ground. I noticed the lights on the 4wd selector switch were not on and the truck would not go into 4wd, nothing was happening or even sounded like anything was trying shift into 4wd. I drove the truck for 50 feet and the service 4wd notification came on.

So far I replaced the 4wd selector switch on the dash and I replaced the Tranfercase control module in dash. I also replace the 4wd fuse. I also checked that ground under the cab to make sure it was making contact

I checked the fluid in the transfer case, it was full and the fluid looked good, no leaks or wet spots on the t-case. I disconnected all of the connectors at the transfer case and front diff to spray with electrical contact cleaner, hoping I had a bad connection. It didn’t help

Im out of ideas and looking for help!

Update: I found the issues. It was TCM fuse that is located within the fuse panel under the hood. When super cold temps outside the fuse can blow at start up.
