Default Turn Signal/Radio Issues

I have a 2004, Chevy Silverado 1500 4x4.
About 4 months ago, my turn signals quit working and subsequently the radio went out also. When the radio goes out, the turn signals stop working also.
When the radio starts working again, the turn signals work also.
I replaced the relay flasher and no avail. I have checked the fuses, none are blown. I don't see any burned ground wire. Put new battery and alternator on truck also.
I thought about disconnecting the radio, to see if thats the problem.
No one seems to know what the issue could be. I can live without a radio, but turn signals are kind of important. Tail lights and brake lights work fine.
Any ideas, anyone? Thanks.
