What are the average cost to replace a transmission pan gasket and a oil pan gasket on a 2001 1500hd(not from the dealership)?

call the shops around you and ask them.
That's how much it will cost.

 

I was just trying to get a ball-park so I know what to paid so I don't get over charged.

Put it in a local shop today for trans pan, oil pan(gasket, pickup tube and o-ring), power steering leak. Ill update the cost once its done so everyone has a reference point.

 

Seems its neither oil or transmission fluid. Went to 3 shops one said the oil pan and transmission pan are leaking another said transmission fluid. The third one said its power steering leak and the power steering cooler is leaking(power steering resivor was empty). He told me to do the power steering cooler and not to worry about the transmission or oil because he doesn't think there leaking. Once he gets done with the powersteering cooler were going to power wash the bottom and look to see if any of the others are leaking he doesn't think so. I'm glad I got a second opinion. Will update tomorrow.

 

Seems the transmission gasket was leaking as well. Price point 350 to replace the gasket and filter.
