Default 2011 chevy silverado 5.3 Crank, no start, has spark, and has fuel.

2011 Chevy Silverado with the 5.3. Car was driving down the road and cut off and would crank but not start. I have check for spark with a spark tester ( shows spark), fuel injector with noid lights(noid lights up) checked fuel pressure at rail(55-65psi when key is switched on and while cranking). No codes show up when it happened or after continuous cranking. I pulled fuse 21 (fuel pump fuse) and cranked the motor to see if the pressure went down or if it would start or clear out the cylinders of excess fuel and sprayed break cleaner into the engine to see if that would get it to start or at least fire and nothing. I have rpm signal from the crank sensor and cam sensor according to my autel scan tool. I was thinking timing is off but i have over 120psi compression on all cylinders and I cant find a way to confirm timing without tearing down the front end. can anyone give me an insight on what i might be missing?
