Exclamation AFM delete / Exhaust question

Hello everyone new here, but coming with a question. Recently got an aftermarket exhaust on my Silverado 5.3 that provides a nice yell when going, with a few pops and crackles here and there but are then immediately cut off, or never occurs at all. Thinking this may have to do with the AFM does anyone know if deleting AFM is the solution or, new exhaust setup? Thanks

If you have the six speed transmission try putting the trans in M5 this will disable the AFM/DOD temporarily…

Get someone to tune ur afm off and save urself headache in future, or get a range module if u don't have any tuners near u. I charge less than $200 to do it with my hptuner, the range module is like 2-250. Afm is garbage and WILL cause issues. I just picked up an 09 for $1000 bc AFM ate itself and guy didn't wanna spend the cash, Im putting a gen 3 6.0 in it and gonna drive the wheels off it.
