I recently purchased a 2012 Chevrolet Silverado. When I was looking at the vehicle I did notice some rust on the trailer hitch and around the leaf spring mounts. I asked the dealer about it and he informed me that it has some rust but nothing bad enough to fix. I was up under the truck inspecting where to mount my need bars I purchased and I noticed a rusty hole on the inside of the box frame near the gas tank I attached the pictures. My concern is obviously they either lied to me about this problem or were negligent when inspecting the truck for sale. I mean how do you miss this if your reselling a truck? My main question is if this an issue for me to tow my camper since the main reason I bought the truck?
