I have an 07 Silverado that wont start. It has an anfter market anti theft system as well as newer radio badly installed by previous owner and it is not starting. Just got alternator and new battery so those aren't the problem . Car lights and dash are coming on but engine wont start at all and radio is dead. Under steering wheel it's a mess of spliced wires and electrical tape. How much would it be to take it to a shop and have the anti theft system removed and wires connected back to original places? Below in image you can see we disconnected the main power box of anti theft system but it didnt help.
