Thumbs up new 2012 silverado rearend clunk bbb involved

After going to 3 dealers 5 times for clunk in rearend last dealer said that something is not right for a new truck to clunk down shifting into first.GM told me that this is normal.Well filed a claim for replacement of truck or buy back with the BBB.GM called in 24 hours with a whole differnt attitude.Getting case ready for arbitration. Why would GM not just replace the rearend at the start of this instead of wasting all this time and money and now may have to buy back or give me a new one. This makes no senseI have been to court a few times.I have kept all paperwork and have everything written down so I am not that concerned about winning this it should be a slam dunk.GM does not have a leg to stand on.They are calling me about buyback next week.I told the 1st dealer service manger this problem will be fixed 1 way or another

They try and stall you with the hope you will give up and they can get out of paying for the repair. Just like any auto maker, it is business.
