Oil blowing everywhere
I have a 2011 Silverado that is supposed to have the 6.2 in it but actually had the 5.3 in it when I bought it. It started throwing oil through a hose that runs from passenger side valve cover and into breather tube. It gets into the intake and exhaust smokes bad. I put new pistons and rings in it and 1500 miles later it is doing the same thing. Already replaced pcv valve and drilled out the baffle. The first time I lost compression on all 4 cylinders on driver side. So far this time I have only lost compression on 1 cylinder. What would cause it to do the exact same thing? It pushes about 1-2 quarts a day through the breather tube and into the intake.
