Default persistent TCC solenoid trouble code

My 09 Silverado 1500 had a reman trans put in about 5k miles ago. It has the 4.7 and 4l60e. I have an intermittent code for the torque converter clutch solenoid. After replacing the solenoid, the check engine light will come on and remain for a period of time and go off for a period and return with the same code. Any thoughts.

Chevrolet made a 4.8 engine in 2009. There is no 4.7-liter engine, but there is a 4l60e transmission. The people may have made a mistake on the rebuild, or it could be an issue with the PCM. What code(s) are you getting?

Is there no guarantee for the tran?
Reputable reman units usually come with 1 year/20,000 km warranty or something like that.
Was it installed at a shop?
