Default Speedometer and Tach bounces with key off

This is my first post here, and I hope there's some help! I have a 2011 Silverado WT with a 4.3 vortec. Here's the background leading up to my current issue. A couple weeks ago, I got the service stabilitrak message, and the truck started shifting hard. I replaces the wheel speed sensor on the rear wheel....no change. I replaced the tail housing speed sensor....no change. I then replaced the steering sensor....no change. I stopped at a store, shut the truck off, came back out and nothing. No power, no flicker, no beep. Nothing. Jumped the truck off, limped it home in reduced power and turned off the truck. Disconnected the battery, showed 12.64 V, hooked it back up and again....nothing. Except now the Tach and Speedo are bouncing below 0 with the truck off. Checked every fuse, battery connections, wiring harnesses. Didn't find anything. I'm at a loss. Anything to get it going would help!!!
