I cannot get the hyper flash to go away on my 2009 1500.

This all happened after I installed a new truck box/bed.

I also installed aftermarket headlights & after realizing I had hyper flash I uninstalled them and put the stock ones back on.

im unaware of the problem started before or after this.

the positive wire and ground wire are exposed on the upper headlight wires on each side because I had to splice in DRL wires for the aftermarket headlights.

those wires are now un attached

any suggestions
