Default wheel stud question

A few weeks before i replaced some of the lug nuts one at a time including all on the passenger front torqued them to 140 a few miles later one moved like 1/8 with very little resistance checked after a day moved a little but not much. Ok so had a tire rotate done after i got home which was like 5 miles checked torqued a few moved a hair but one on the passenger front moved like 1/8 of a turn was a slow turn and clicked over. After a couple days and like 60 miles all others were good same one moved a hair. Then a week or so later stopped at the place that did the rotation watched him torque again said there was one on the passenger front that moved just a hair again rest were good. Just wondering if i have stud issue or a wheel that just settles funny or something else. The guy that did the rotation said that there were a couple on the passenger front that were seemed tighter then others but impact still took them off on a relatively low setting they were put back on with a torque wrench.
