Not sure if anyone has had a similar issue, but here we go. My radio in my 2014 Silverado has not worked properly in over a year. It works fine from the steering wheel, but the display does not come on and none of the dash controls work. I've had it at a local dealership twice. First trip they replaced the radio and said it would not connect to communication module. Second trip, they changed radio and module and could not get it to work at dash. Was told there was nothing they could do unless they start troubleshooting wiring. Anybody have similar issue? Any recommendations?

I've been dealing with the same issue. Shortly after replacing the transmission 1 yr ago, the display screen quit working, so no rearview camera either. The radio power and volume ***** don't work either. However, can control the radio through the steering column. I'm reluctant to spend a lot of money at the dealer with this problem and would like to DIY. I've not found any blown fuses so not sure where to begin. Would love to hear some DIY solutions out there if anyone has something to share-?
