Default 2015 Silverado 2500 HD

I changed out my front passenger side door lock actuator and all of a sudden the door will not open from the inside or outside. You can hear the actuator and see the lock tab go up and down but the door will not open. I pryed back on the door panel and you can see the cables moving. How do I get the door open? I tried pulling the panel off with no luck. Thanks for any help

you will either have to pull the cable in the sheath or move the linkage that has come off from the actuator linkage. try moving the glass down and pull off the glass weatherstrip...this will allow some glass movement ...then a slim tool to push the actuator linkage...if no success...remove the inner door pull and pull the trim panel back at the top...this may damage the trim panel.

ive tried moving the glass but it’s hard to see the actuator. I’ll try screwing with it some more. Thanks
