I have a 2017 chevy silverado lt. Just recently everytime i start the truck the clock goes back to 12:00. When i plug my phone in for android auto it has a communication error due to the truck not keeping time. Any ideas?

 

Welcome from Florida. Check for a blown fuse. The fuse for the circuit that keeps the memory to the radio is blown.
