Default No crank no start issue on 2014 silverado 1500 lt 5.3 4x4

My father, is having major issues, with his Silverado won’t crank or start just clicks rapidly, dash doesn’t even light up. Windows or door locks don’t work. Have checked all fuses and relays are good, battery is new, and alternator seems good starters getting power but truck won’t crank or start, cab lights on inside flicker. Any ideas ?

We have tried jump starting it, and tapping starter, while trying to crank it and nothing, besides a bunch of clicking, even with the key, in the ignition, it does not ding like it normally did before it wouldn’t crank or start. The security light on dash doesn’t even come on, neither does the touch screen radio it just flickers.

"If it were me" I'd take a screwdriver and jump the starter terminal's. If it cranks, no start, I'd suspect the ignition switch.

it’s a very tight spot, to try to access, to even attempt to get a screw driver in on it. There’s only one post on the solenoid and a wire that is plugged into it so can’t jump the solenoid with a screw driver.

I tried to get to the starter posts to jump it with a screw driver but couldn’t access it to touch both posts

Already have checked grounds cables are new. Still not getting anything but rapid clicking when putting key to on position no lights on dash or gauges just a lot of rapid clicking

UPDATE: I took key out of ignition, and moved the tilt wheel mechanism, and moved the steering wheel up, and down, and then it randomly starts clicking rapidly and kicked the park lights on and key was not even in ignition at all. so I just disconnected battery and still not sure what else to do at this point.

I am starting to hate wiring all together, and I’m starting to agree with my father to just let it burn to the ground.
