Remote Start Heated/ Cool Seating
My 2021 High Country has heated and cooling seats. The seats work as they should when they are switched on.
You can also program the heated / cooling seats to come on with remote start in the infotainment system. Even though i have them turned "ON"
they do not come on when the vehicle is remotely started.
Is this a programing issue that has to be corrected at the dealer?.

From what I understand the seats (in heat mode at least) come on during remote start when outside temps are below 47° but they only come on enough to take the chill off of them. They don't get hot, they just bring them to "room temp". Then when you turn them on they get warm. Thats what I've been told by numerous people in my Canyon Denali forum.. I asked the same question you did and that's their answer. I would assume it's the same system in the Silverado.
