Steering wheel/brake pedal/ignition locked at startup
Hi guys, I am new here but I just bought a 2014 white tricoat Chevy Silverado 1500 3LZ with the z71 package. It has less than 25,000 miles and has been babied and garage-kept its entire life. Upon most times I get into the truck everything is fine, but twice now since I got it I will get into the truck, and the brake pedal will be locked all the way out (so I cant depress it) and the ignition will not turn (like it is also locked in the off position) and the steering wheel is locked in the center as well. I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue and how you have solved it?
IMPORTANT: BOTH times I have been able to use the keyless start and get the brake to unlock, the steering wheel to come free and the ignition will also then be able to turn and the truck will "start" but only after the keyless start is used.
