Unknown Blower Motor Activity
I wasn't sure how to title what is going on with my truck. I have a 2016 LT Dbl Cab 4x4 5.3 1500 and the blower motor has been acting strange. One it sometimes kicks up higher than normal and it will vibrate the entire truck. I chuck that up to needing a motor more than likely. The weird thing I cant figure out is the heater/blower can be on low, but if I go to back up, when I turn the steering wheel the blower motor will rev up like its on high +5. I can turn the wheel back and it slows down. I can go back and forth with the steering wheel and it will rev up and rev down. At this time, while moving the steering wheel back and forth, the alternator is still showing 14.2V and doesn't shift while this is happening. I personally don't know where to start. Im hoping its not some deep electrical issue with the truck, but the steering wheel stuff is starting to make me think so. Next time it happens, I will try to get it on camera.
Any ideas on what this could be. I cant find anything when I google the issue or search for it. Its such an odd issue. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

Im surprised that this would be a one-off thing, or that no one has any idea on what it could be, but I will continue to look into it until I find something. Til then, I dk. I was hoping someone would have a little insight on what this could be. r

At this point act's like a bare wire in the column, I wouldn't know other that pull the steering wheel, and investigate.

Thanks. I was thinking something like that as well, but I was also thinking it might have something to do with the control head. I know there have been times when the blower motor ramps up, I go to shut the truck off and the blower motor stays on for like another full minute sometimes.
