I do understand that most likely they do not have an answer yet but the simple fact that there is no recall for this situation under my vin number or no letter in the mail regarding this I am unaware of what is going on. I assume it is the same recall concerning the electronic brake module which for them falls under a "customer satisfaction program" instead of a recall. I have been provided no reference number and from the research I have done so far this seems to be an issue that stems back all the way to last year. After all these months to not yet have an answer or any line of communication is pretty absurd to me. I purchased the truck brand new so should I just wait another 6 months and wait if the issue resolves itself all the while paying monthly quotes for a car that I do not have in my possession? I was given a loaner but that is not the point here.

regarding recalls:
the morbid truth is that usually a lot of people have to die first before a manufacturer issues a recall

your finances:
I don't think it's unreasonable to ask for your financing to be temporarily suspended, if that's what you really want.

It seems to me that your best line of communication right now is the senior advisor. If you want someone to treat you more urgently, then call them every day.

I doubt that you will find much progress forward here in the forum. Just hours wasted typing.
