Hi so I have a 2019 Chevy 3500 HD with a one ton dump on it. It came from factory with the backup camera and it has been working since I bought truck. Last year it was glitchy meaning gray lines through it camera would go out and come back on while in reverse. This year was working than its completely out has black screen with camera icon and white line going through it. I looked for fuses couldn't find think its the radio? I checked all the wiring in the back pulled apart factory tape everything appears to be sealed. I bought another camera and that didn't work either. At this point Im lost though that my rear tail light had something to do with it as I had to replace and discovered that a crimp connector had come loose and replaced it but camera still broken. I plugged in this camera to the factory harness and new camera nothing now works please help thanks in advance

 

You really need a factory service manual in order to see how the camera is wired for both power and video. I suggest you go to: https://mcdowellpubliclibrary.org/chilton-auto-repair/ and click on the link in the test and dig through the results after you have entered your vehicle information.
