Anyone found an easy method to release the three lower bumper clips holding the corner piece, after removal of all screws and step plate ?

 

Why would you want to remove it anyway?

 

That's a good question. I was thinking of a way to add it to my truck.

 

Need to remove to gain better access to bolts holding exhaust tips. Three clips across bottom are next to impossible to get to release !

 

Done today, figured out how to release the clips. Took 1hr 45min to remove polished tips and install black set. Short of removing bumper, I dont see a way to removevtips if the corner bumper step inserts are not removed.
