Default Slight brake drag???

I have a 2021 Silverado 1500 W/T 2 wheel drive single cab with the 5.3 engine. I've had the truck for about a year and I swear that every time I let off the brakes and coast to a stop it feels like the brakes have a very slight drag. I don't know for sure if that's the way these trucks are? Any vehicle I've ever owned, when you let off the brake it just coasts like normal and you don't feel any kind of pulsating drag or anything in the brakes but the truck almost feels like it's trying to slow you down a little bit to help you stop. Does anyone else notice this in their truck or is it just in my head or could I have a problem with my brakes or my stabiliTrac? I took it to the dealer and they told me that they didn't notice anything wrong with it.........go figure???

I have a 2021 LT and I don't feel any drag. You can try another dealer or take it to a good brake shop and have them check it out.

I have a 2021 1500 RST/Z71 and have that same feeling as i am slowing down to a stop. It feels like the trans is down shifting, especially when going from 2nd to first. Not sure if even that is normal, but good to hear someone else feels that, sort of like the first shift "slip" 1st to 2nd on cold days....

I never thought it could be a transmission problem. I assumed it was a braking problem. Now I'm going to have to pay attention better to see what's going on? Thanks
