· P0136 02 Sensor Circuit Malfunction (Bank I Sensor 2)


These are both for the drivers side. First thing I'd do is unplug/replug them. This is sometimes enough to get good connections again. Clear the codes then drive the van to see if the codes come back. If they come back it might be time to get new oxygen sensors. www.RockAuto.com has pretty good prices on them.
