4.3 Bottom End Knock At Idle Only.
I have a 93 Astro with 239K. It has a 4.3 that has a knock that is audible only at idle. It does get louder once you put it into gear. It is not loud but noticeable. It still pulls fine and runs smooth. What could it be?:

does it sound like a small stone is being randomly tossed around?
