97 Astro carrying weight?
Hey guys,
I'm new to the forum, I've search this section, but I can't find what I'm looking for.
I have a 97 Astro RWD with two package has 130K on it runs great. I'm starting a business and need to transport at lease 3500-4000lbs of goods from Florida to NY, once or twice a month that's it. That's the only thing it will be use for from now on.
I want to know how much weight I can carry inside of the van without towing the weight, just remove the seats and put it in there.
Or any idea of how I can get this done using my van.

better check the owners manual but i would not go more than 1000 to 1200 lbs carry more than a letter and there on the ground . if you have steel multi leaf springs in the back you can add leaves or a air bag kit ,or trailer .
