Default Astro doing the "Shake"

OK...... Well I just had my fuel pump replace after 176,538 Miles. Mind all of you that this was still the factory issued gear. ....As well as the crank sensor..So my problem is why the hell does my van vibrate. I'd like to know some pointers before i take this to my mechanic. Any help would be great..

Ohh by the way what i mean is when it vibrates. when the van is on a red light the the steering wheel would shake. even when i start it it would like sputter. a few revs and it fine. could timing be involved or motor mounts. Im no mechanic so any pointers from the pro's here could really help.
