New here so thanks for having me. I just purchased my 4th Astro in a row. I run them till they die. Bought this one with "steering is hard when going slow or not moving" It's a 2004 in really good condition. The problem is just what the seller described so i assumed it is the power steering pump. My mechanic tells me the brakes should be non operational if the power steering pump is shot but they seem to work just fine. Is it possible the pump is weak, but with enough oomph to work the brakes? Any other suggestions would be appreciated Thanks , Mike.
