2007 Avalanche steering knuckle boot?

2007 Avalanche steering knuckle boot?
Just picked up this 2007 Avalanche. I was digging around the engine bay and I see the steering knuckle boot (I think that's what it's called) is torn. Is this a big issue? How difficult is it to replace assuming I have the tools and can find the correct replacement? The AV has 87k miles. Thanks!
