Noisy Lifters at start up

Noisy Lifters at start up
I have a 04 Avalanche with the 5.3. Approx 65000 miles. I have used Amsoil for the last two oil changes. Just started having lifter noise at start up. How do I get rid of this? Any ideas would be helpfull. Thanks in advance
