Default Resetting Tire Pressure Sensors 13 avalanche

Is there a way I can reset the tire pressure sensors to their correct location myself? Had the oil changed and "supposed" tire rotation from dealer, don't think they rotated the tire (and got charged for a rotation) because inflating them 2 days ago the tires where in the same spots. Dealer said bring it back up, we will reset them. 2nd time this has happened from the deal I bought from.

Is this covered in the Owner's manual?

Do I have to buy a special tool? That's what the dealer is telling me. But I have seen videos on you tube about resetting them on older models. Just didn't know if that will work for an 2013?

The manual says to use a TPMS relearn tool. Older models, you could just add air or let air out during the relearn process, no tool required. I'm not sure if you can do the same with a 2013 Avalanche.
