Default RELEARN TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS?

Does haveing the negative battery cable unhooked for an extended period of time cause the computer to tell you to relearn the tire pressure?

ANyone ever had this issue?

Default RE: RELEARN TIRE PRESSURE SENSORS?

Case closed! Hopped in the Tahoe this morning and drove it to the shop to have my Navigation unit programmed. The sensors were fine. I have no idea what was going on. I left the vehicle running for 15 minutes last night and it still said relearn sensors. This morning it was fine.

Does the computer automatically relearn the sensors? I thought you manually had to teach the computer?

I don't know why it asked you to relearn but it is NOT automatic. Just did mine
