Should I buy a 2002 Avalanche with 341000kms on it?
Is 341000 too many KMs?

all depends on the price and condition of the truck.
my $500, 2000 sierra has 350 000km (kilometers)and still runs great. It needed about $1000 to fix everything but the truck was a rust free Alberta truck. My coworker has the same year and model and it has 361 000km.
start it up cold and make sure there is no piston slap.
