Speedometer Reads Incorrectly

Odometer Reads Incorrectly
What's up guys? This is my first post here, of what I am sure will be many.
So recently I bought an 04 z66 Avalanche, and I got a sweet deal because of the odometer reading incorrectly.
Can the mileage of my truck be checked at the dealership since the cluster is not the original, and is not showing the correct mileage? I am pretty sure it can be, but I have not called Chevy to check with them yet.
Now next is, if it can be read, can they adjust my new cluster to the correct mileage of the truck?
And lastly, now my title and carfax both read unlisted mileage. If it is possible for them to get the odometer corrected, can I have the title and carfax reverted?

Oh yeah, just so there is no confusion, everything in the cluster works correctly (and I meant to put "odometer reads incorrectly" not speedo), but the odometer is not the same mileage as the truck.
