Default 89 Beretta 2.8 dying when hot

I'm thinking its the control module but i wanted other opinions on what it is. Its my girl's moms car and she needs it asap. Also could it be the crank position sensor? iirc its on the back of the motor in a damn little hole tahts god awful hard to get to. btw it does get fuel and but has no spark when its hot, let it cool down and it runs fine.
