AC compressor pigtail has 12 plus volts when not plugged in. When I plug it in, I get "0" volts. Enginge recognizes when I plug it in however, compressor will not turn on. When I put power to the compressor (which is brand new) it turns on and I get old air blowing in the cab. Changed pigtail, same results.
So confused.
