Default Misfire

I did the wet test and there was no change in the psi. After doing a proper compression test and cylinders 4 and 6 were the same at 70 psi where the rest were 170 psi. Putting an air line on each cylinder 4 and 6 (1 at a time) and the air flows from one 4 to 6 and 6 to 4. Would this be a head gasket issue or would this be a cylinder head issue.

The head will have to come off. I'd suggest having a valve job, heads either milled, or replaced. That I also would suggest both sides (heads).

170 PSI is great compression, but with two cylinders running at 60-70 PSI, you've got some work to do. No its not The head gasket. You have bad valves on #4 and #6.

Bad valves? This would mean I would have to replace the head correct?

Probably have a valve job, or replace it, depending on how long you can be without the car.
