Is it a bad thing to have only 1 misfire I heard because of the spider injection that I might be a bad thing

 

well its bad because if your issue is the injector then you have to replace the whole unit and not just one injector. do you have a code for just one cylinder or a general "misfire" code? if it specifies which cylinder try swapping plugs/wires around to see if the code follows or it might even be a poor spark plug/wire connection

If indeed it is the injector get the updated multi port fuel injection( or mfi) for the replacement. Don't put those crappy stock injectors back in it.
