Default 91 hard to start when cold

This is a RS 3.1 V6 that has had this problem but has gotten worse, always starts after being started till it gets cold. Entire distributor and cap, coil, map sensor, anti-knock sensor. plugs and wires have been replaced. No irregular ECM code, says all is fine. I installed a electric heater in the lower radiator hose that helps if the engine stays warm. The dealer has had and can not find the trouble. Is not equipped with a cold start valve so that is not it. Could the fuel pressure regulator be it, a lot of trouble to remove to find out.

When you start it turn the key forward and wait for 2 or 3 seconds. That will let the fuel system prime. It should help some. Other than that I don't know what to tell you without taking a wild guess.

Thanks but I have even left the key at on position for 10 minutes before cranking. The battery is fairly new and will crank until dead but no start, the old battery was the same way. Someone told my key chip may be bad but why would the heater keeping the engine warm help?
