I just bought a 95 camaro with a v6 engine. It test drove fine, but when I brought it home and started it up for a drive, the engine started knocking. After the car warmed up, the noise went away. I checked the oil-it's fine. Anyone have any idea what the problem could be?

 

I would say oil. But since you checked it and it was fine.... when was the last tune up? Maybe its time for some new oil and filters.

 

Hows the oil pressure? It could be your oil pump.

 

I was leaning towards oil pressure but he said it was all good... only thing I can think of next would be a good thourough tune up.
