Coolant in oil of 454 engine
I have a rebuilt 454. Started car last year and ran for about 15 minutes , had 75 oil PSI. One year later got to installing exhaust and noticed oil dripping out of dip stick where it meets at lower side of oil pan. Found about 1-1/2 gallon of anti-freeze in my deep dish oil pan. Pressurized system and only found a small hole in new water pump casting that would leak after i pressured coolant system to 20 psi. I am open to any ideas. Engine was rebuilt by a reputable engine builder. I installed intake manifold and set valves etc. Naturally this is setting in a 1970-1/2 lipstick red Camaro.
antifreeze was in engine the entire time and was checked for -19 below. car is garage kept.
I pulled all plugs an no visible coolant. Should I refill with water and repressurize or just start taking her back apart.
thx for any leads...

i would redo the intake gaskets, they can blow the gaskets out, and since there is no coolant in the cylinders, i would go with the intake, all it costs is new gaskets, also was the intake checked for cracks in the coolant runners?
Good idea on checking the intake coolant runner for cracks. I did pull the intake and found .
1. The torque was not set to 20-foot pounds. In fact I took a few bolts to 30 foot lbs easily.
2. when i pulled the intake , it was apparent coolant had slipped under the gasket because the gasket was able to drop almost 1/8th inch. I bought a new high performance fel pro intake gasket (1212) and set it in place on each side with 3 bolts . As it was "hanging", I see that I must fiqure out a way to pull the gasket upward as I begin the torque sequence.
thx again for the lead.

no prob on the help, glad to hear back, have a friend help u put the intake on as it needs to drop strait down and big block manifolds are very heavy, you dont want to slide it around after it has been dropped in
