Default Horse power and transmission questions

Hello,

i´m finally swapping my 250 inline 6 for a small block 350 , to my '67 Camaro
but i have a doubt.
The 350 is from a 79 caprice that produces 170hp, if i install a Edelbrock Manifold with a 750 cfm Edelbrock Carburetor, a Cam with Advertised Duration 272/ 282, Lift .442/ .465. New Hypereutectic Pistons (stock size), HEI Distributor, Performance headers, 3in X-Pipe Kit and a couple of 3in Glasspack´s what kind of power and torq should i expect from it?
If helps, the numbers on the block are: K0205DRB and 19J234346

And should i keep the 3 speed auto gear box or should i go for the manual 4 speed.

Thank´s for your attention.

Best regards
Hugo Neto
