Hi everyone,

Got an urgent problem that needs tech advise, (1998 Z28) pulled up at home, reversed onto driveway, selected Park, turned key to off and still running with key removed !! Only way to cut engine was to remove Engine Control fuse but all power remains on dash, lights, ac, etc.

HELP Please only had car two days and gotta drive from UK to Spain on saturday !!!!

 

Sounds like a bad ignition switch to me.

 

ya it does sound like a bad switch.
